At AFRO ASIA®, we prioritize the freshness and quality of our authentic food products. Due to the perishable nature of our inventory, we offer returns or replacements on items that arrive damaged or incorrect within 48 hours of delivery.

Verification Process
Our quality assurance team will review your request and the provided images to confirm if the product meets our criteria for a refund or replacement.
Return Authorization
If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on whether the physical item needs to be returned to our warehouse.
Refund or Replacement
Once processed, we will either ship out a fresh replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
